- 3.4 CURRENCY All transactions on 786bc are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Currency conversion fees may apply for card transactions processed in a different base currency by your card issuer.
4. Bonuses and Promotions
786bc offers bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, and reload offers. Where a bonus carries a wagering requirement, the full rollover amount must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. - 4.2 BONUS EXPIRY Bonuses that are not activated or wagering requirements that are not met within the stated promotional period will expire automatically. Expired bonuses and associated winnings are forfeited without exception.
- 4.3 ONE BONUS PER PLAYER Promotional offers are limited to one per player household unless the specific promotion states otherwise. Household is defined as players sharing the same residential address, IP address, or payment method.
5. Betting and Gaming Rules

786bc reserves the right to void bets placed after an event has concluded (late bets), bets placed on markets that were incorrectly priced due to a system error, or bets that are part of a pattern of behaviour that constitutes abuse. In the event of a technical failure during a live casino session, the round will be resolved based on available game logs; where no resolution is possible the round stake will be refunded.
- 5.1 BET FINALITY Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by the 786bc system, it cannot be cancelled, amended, or withdrawn by the player. Check your bet slip carefully before confirming.
- 5.2 MAXIMUM PAYOUT 786bc applies maximum payout limits per event and per settlement period. Maximum payout amounts are published in the sportsbook and casino sections. Winnings exceeding the stated maximum will be capped at the maximum applicable limit.
- 5.3 ODDS CHANGES Odds on sports markets may change up to the point at which a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at bet confirmation are the odds at which the bet will be settled. 786bc is not liable for any discrepancy between odds quoted at an earlier time and the odds at confirmation.
6. Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on 786bc. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities.
- 6.1 MONEY LAUNDERING Using 786bc to launder funds from illegal sources is strictly prohibited and will be reported to relevant authorities. All large transactions are monitored for suspicious activity in line with anti-money-laundering obligations.
- 6.2 BONUS ABUSE Using multiple accounts, false identities, or coordinated wagering strategies specifically designed to profit from bonus terms without genuine gaming intent constitutes bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of all associated bonuses and winnings.
- 6.3 SYSTEM EXPLOITATION Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or pricing errors to obtain an unfair advantage is prohibited. Any winnings derived from a known or suspected system error will be voided. Players who identify errors are encouraged to report them to support immediately.
- 6.4 CHARGEBACKS Initiating a payment chargeback after funds have been used for wagering is fraudulent conduct. 786bc will dispute all fraudulent chargebacks and reserves the right to recover funds through all available legal means.
7. Account Suspension and Termination
786bc reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the account is being used in breach of these Terms, in connection with fraudulent or illegal activity, or where continued operation of the account poses a risk to 786bc or other players.
Upon permanent account closure initiated by 786bc due to breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited at 786bc's discretion where the breach involves fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or other prohibited conduct. Where account closure is at the player's own request and no breach has occurred, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method after completion of applicable KYC checks.
8. Limitation of Liability
786bc provides its Services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we take all reasonable steps to maintain platform availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Services. 786bc shall not be liable for losses arising from service interruptions, maintenance downtime, connectivity failures on the part of the player's internet service provider, or force majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or telecommunications outages.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 786bc's total liability to any player in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. 786bc is not liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive losses.
